About the Company

Based in Manchester, a boutique, successful recruitment business is currently experiencing great success within their national tech clients. As a result they are expanding their team and are now looking for a generalist IT recruiter to join them.

Responsibilities

· Utilising recruitment tools, you will build a pipeline of candidates maintain regular contact with them to stay up to date with their availability, job application activity and ongoing industry developments.

· Create and post job descriptions

· Build a strong relationship with our clients and key hiring managers

· Update the internal CRM systems

As a Recruiter, you will have:

· At least 3 years’ experience in end-to-end IT recruitment experience

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· End to end vacancy and candidate management experience

· Have a self-motivated work ethic

· Adaptable communication skills and ability to hold confident professional conversations

· Strong organizational skills and ability to pick up new ATS skills quickly
