IT Project Manager

The role has five main focus areas:
1) Customer Relationship Management
2)IT Programme office support
3)IT team/resource allocation
4)MIS and financial data reporting
5)Ad Hoc admin support services to IT HODS team

Responsibilities/duties

*Be the main point of contact for key stakeholder regarding Projects and the delivery of the IT support function to the group.
*Work closely with the stakeholder to gain a strong understanding of the business needs and objectives and how IT may empower the stakeholders in reaching their objectives
*Working with the project managers ensuring that the key stakeholders are kept abreast of any ‘slippage’ of project dates and any risk involved.
*Being the initial point of contact to the stakeholders regarding the service they are receiving and dealing with any complaints/issues and escalating where necessary.
*Communicating with key points of contacts regarding ‘Best Practice’ and sharing of information and local projects that could benefit other parts of the business.
*Regular meetings to discuss current service levels with feedback on Key Performance Indicators
*Liaise with the key stakeholders within the brands regarding projects within the group to ensure that all parties are kept up to date with progress and next stages.
*Assist and advise leaders, managers and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast paced environment.
