IT Operator 1st Line, Fluent Mandarin

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our client a large Corporate Bank, based in London, is seeking a person as an IT Operator to join their IT team. The IT operator will be responsible to take first line response of IT services desk.

Skills and Experience:
• At least 3-6 months working experience in a similar role.
• Communication skills verbal/oral to deal with suppliers and vendors
• Customer service skills to deal with user enquires and complaints
• Filing, paper management, bookkeeping skills to manage IT expenses and IT asset information
• Ability to work independently and work under pressure
• MS Office Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook
• Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Qualifications in toe following are desirable
• MCSA-Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012,Office365.
• MCITP-Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
• MS Active Directory Administration
