I’m working with a Managed Service Provider based in Bury, looking to expand their IT Team with a new, well driven, and ambitious Helpdesk Engineer. Due to increase in workload and continued company expansion, it’s an exciting time to join and increase your knowledge and skillset. Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in a fast paced/MSP environment, within a 1st/2nd line helpdesk role.

The role will be a mixture of supporting the clients from the helpdesk, while also supporting the internal infrastructure of the parent company. This means you will have greater exposure to a wider range of tech such as, SQL, Veeam and VmWare. The role may also involve some project work giving you hands on experience with Azure, through migrations from on prem to cloud.

Experience using Office 365, Windows/Mac Servers and desktop support will be needed and some desirables would be Azure and VmWare exposure. The company will support you through any training and certifications needed so if you’re a little rusty or have little experience, this will change!
