Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per year
Title:International Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location:6-10 Months in Prague then be based in any of the companies offices across Europe.
The Company
We are representing a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences recruitment company who are quickly becoming one of the largest recruitment organisation in the EU. Particularly due to the fact this company has been supported by the EU, through funding to enhance employability in the EU.
You will join a company widely recognised and award winning for their training and development of graduates and non-degree qualified candidates alike. The international experience will allow you to immerse yourself with like-minded individuals who are all equally motivated, driven and hungry for financial success and career progression.
The Opportunity
The company is providing outstanding training and development where you will be paid to work in Prague for 6 – 10 months working with some of the most exciting companies in Europe finding and searching for their ideal next staff. Assisting their growth as consultants and providing them with an expertise which you will develop over time and constant training and progression.
What we expect?
A hunger to work in recruitment and an existing understand of what the day to day functions in recruitment are
A proven track record in any of the following disciplines; Sales, B2B, Market Researcher, Telesales, Field Sales etc
We love individuals with a keen interest in competitive sport
Demonstrable experience of being resilient
A keen interest to work abroad and gain terrific international exposure
