Internal Sales Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the hunt for an internal sales coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis until Sept 2022 although there is a strong possibility it could lead to a permanent position. 

The role is working Monday to Friday working 8am – 4:30pm with no weekends and paying an hourly Salary: £26,000per year. 

• Key Duties: 
• Raising and pricing of quotes for their given area. 
• Chasing orders from initial query through to conversion.
• Managing customer complaints and resolving where you can or escalating through to the relevant department. 
• Providing quotes to customers.
• Lead generation. 

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent customer service skills and ideally have some experience within a sales or sales admin role but this is not essential.
