Recruitment Manager

Bounty has worked with mums and young families for over 50 years. In recent years we have expanded and now offer our services to new parents across 300 maternity units in UK hospitals. We want to ensure that every Mum has the opportunity to learn, share and save with Bounty through our packs and Bounty portrait service.

Bounty is now looking for a talented individual to join the Bounty team as Recruitment Manager to manage and deliver Company-wide recruitment plans.

Key Area of Focus

– Build and maintain effective business relationships with all recruiting managers at Bounty

– Design and implement fit for purpose recruitment strategies, which deliver cost effective and on time delivery of quality candidates

– Ensure the right talent is in the right role at the right time

– On-going development of recruitment and equal opportunity policy commitments

– In conjunction with managers, create annual manpower process, which identifies recruitment needs in line with financial budgets

– Creation and delivery of planned recruitment cost budget(s)

– Manage Agency PSL

– Carry our all appropriate recruitment reporting and administration

Key Activities

– Maintenance of up to date role definition/person spec documents

– Advert drafting

– Recruitment Agencies – liaison/development

– On line registrations

– Operation of interviewing/profiling/assessment centre processes

– Candidate shortlisting

– Administration of job offers/contracts/references etc.

– Development of Bounty Linkedin and other social media recruitment tools

– Responsibility for development and delivery of best practice recruitment processes and selection methods
