Recruitment Healthcare Manager
Better Healthcare is a leading nursing and care agency, with offices throughout East Anglia, London and the South East.
As part of our ambitious expansion plans we are looking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Manager to run our Colchester Branch.
Your main responsibilities will include;
– Management and development of a team of consultants.
– Strategic business development.
– Key account management within the NHS and social care sector.
– Recruitment and retention of temporary healthcare staff.
– Quality assurance management in line with NHS and CQC regulations.
– Able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Motivate and drive your team to success.
We are looking to recruit either an experienced healthcare manager or would consider consultants that feel ready to take the next step in their career.
