Internal Account Manager

Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Do you have experience within the print or textile industry and would you like to work for a vibrant company who are market leader in their field?

We are recruiting an account manager who has knowledge of the print industry who can work within a collaborative team environment

This role is predominantly office based and sales driven. It is not a particularly high pressure sales environment, but there is an emphasis on team work and KPI’s and bonus is based on team performance

So what will you be doing?

* Making outbound proactive phone calls (quality not quantity counts here) and receiving incoming calls from your regional customers

* Following up leads

* Sending out samples to customers

* Providing customer quotations

* Ensuring your customers accounts are up to date

* Phoning customers with new promotions

* Visiting new customers when required and attending trade showsrs and liaising with their customers to ensure the accounts are running smoothly

So as the Internal Account Manager what do you need to have?

* You must be professional, courteous and presentable at all times and be able to work within a faced paced business.

* Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email.

* Ability to multi task and have great attention to detail.

* Experience in working within a proactive customer services environment or a sales account management role previously and ideally within the print or textiles arena

* Good level of MS Office including Excel.

* Building good relationships is key and although this is not a sales role you will be expected to spot and nurture new opportunities

Hours of work are 9-5pm Monday to Friday

Full, hands-on training will be provided and some form of background knowledge on printing technology will be highly desirable or experience with textile, signage, dye sublimation, UV and engraving markets would be of extra benefit.
