Account Manager / Estimator (Print)

Account Manager / Estimator (B1 & B2 Litho/Digital) – Leicestershire – £30,000 – £35,000

As a result of continued growth, our innovative client (High quality Print Specialists) are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Print Estimator to join their friendly team, you will be required to manage all aspects of print production from estimate/brief through to delivery.

Responsibilities

– Creative estimating of new enquiries to win business,
– Scheduling and tracking jobs throughout production processes.
– Accountable to external stakeholders for job status within production process.
– Monitoring cost of all jobs throughout production process to ensure they are produced on-time and to estimate. 
– Raising accurate documentation for production and accounting purposes.
– Identifying and developing any new business opportunities with known clients.

Skills / Experience

– Extensive knowledge of the lithographic and digital print (preferable) production process including finishing aspects.
– Proven estimating and customer service skills in the print industry.
– Be highly organized with first-class project management skills.
– Ability to keep calm and focused whilst processing multiple demanding projects through production.
– Commercially aware.
– Highly numerate.
– Problem solving ability, providing positive solutions to customer/production issues.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite and Management Information Systems (Tharstern would be beneficial).
