Interim Human Resources Business Partner

A large Blue chip Compoany is now looking for an Interim HR business partner reporting to the head of HR

The ideal candidate must have previously worked for the NHS or a TRUST
must be CIPD qulified must have knowledge
Agenda for Change’and wage negotiation experience

Complexity:
•Adaptability & Resilience – True generalist role with requirement to lead / influence resolution of wide variety of people related issues (Pensions, L&D, Attendance, ER/IR, Payroll, etc) within a HR Shared Services environment.
•Influencing & Pragmatism – Able to quickly assess potential risks, offer pragmatic solutions and influence direction within a challenging customer group.
•Decision making – Ability to accept and work with ambiguity in resolving high volumes of often complex challenges expediently.

Qualifications or Required Experience:
•MCIPD qualified with significant experience of business partnering within a fast paced, challenging environment (preferably Facilities Management)
•Experience of TUPE, employee engagement and re-organisations
•Educated to degree level, financially and commercially astute with demonstrable business acumen
•Results driven, highly organised, completer finisher with an ability to work on own initiative
•Sound knowledge and understanding of Employment legislation
•Pragmatic approach to problem solving
•Extensive organisation design, change management and mobilisation experience
•Emotionally intelligent with demonstrable experience of influencing and challenging Senior Management / Executive teams
