ROLE: Installation Manager -North
HOURS: 37. 5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
SALARY: up to £45,000 plus company vehicle and company benefits
BASE: Field based – North
Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. We are currently looking for an Installation Manager to cover the North, working with our stakeholders to drive growth and support on projects focused on Garden Rooms, Conservatory Conversions and Extensions whilst growing our installer network across other products such as Doors, Windows, Rooflines.
WHAT OUR INSTALLATION MANAGERS DO:
- Identify, engage and onboard new credible installation partners
- Lead the management of installation projects utilising Eurocell products
- Proactively identify & contribute to the continuous improvement of the process, product & service
- Deliver training & development to installers on and off site
- Build a network of professional, trustworthy installers – experts & advocates of our products
- Project Manage installations in the field from start to finish between installers, suppliers, local authority & consumer
- Resolve complaints and remedial action
- Ensure installations are delivered on time and within budget
- Focus on continuous improvement of product, process & customer service
- Conduct Training & engaging installers in new initiatives
- Contribute to new product development
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR INSTALLATION MANAGERS:
- Customer focused approach

- Experience within the fenestration and/or construction industry
- Technical/engineering/relevant experience
- Survey and installation experience
- Indirect line management/subcontract management
- Project management/organisational skills
- Problem solving / able to negotiate
- Self-motivated & able to manage workload in a field based environment

- Team working & networking skills
- Commercial acumen/awareness
- Comfortable to deal with conflict, challenge effectively & respectively
