Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Desktop Support Engineer urgently required to work with my client a leading IT Services Provider with offices in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of hardware / software configuration, installation and troubleshooting tasks whilst also providing support at a mixture of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line levels for a large amount of users internally.

Your experience and skill set:

* Fully proficient with a range of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Hardware / Software configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
* Knowledge with providing BAU support on Citrix
* Experience with troubleshooting on Windows Operating Systems (XP – 8), Windows Server 2003 / 2008 and other associated Servers / hardware.
* An understanding with Novell is seen as highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
