Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

An opportunity to work for a highly reputable MSP based in London.

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years’ experience supporting Cloud Services.
• Exceptional knowledge of Azure, AWS, Cloud Security and VMWare.
• Experience with the Microsoft Stack, including Microsoft Clustering and Office 365.
• Experience providing 3rd line support.
• Excellent Communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Provide a point of escalation for Service Desk and ensure they meet all SLAs.
• Deliver assistance on migration services from on premise to the cloud.
• Supporting the current Infrastructure in place.
