The Infrastructure Engineer Role:
Is working for an award-winning company with a global presence. This fantastic company provide Digital Content, Technology and Innovation to some huge big name brands such as HP, Virgin Media, Oracle and many more.
The Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with the Head of IT on enterprise IT projects in a wide range of areas, such as Cloud, Virtualisation and Networking.
The Infrastructure Engineer Duties:
• Mentoring 1st/2nd Line Engineers
• Providing advanced technical assistance to end users
• Taking ownership of high-profile, complex issues
• Managing Projects – designing, deploying and maintaining
• Identifying, researching and resolving complex technical problems
The Infrastructure Engineer Candidate:
• Strong skills in Virtualisation and Cloud platforms (VMware/Microsoft Azure)
• Database Administration – Microsoft SQL
• Network Administration – Cisco / Palo Alto
• Project-based environment experience
• Team leadership qualities
