Industrial Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £22.8 – £30 per hour

Join our family at Halo Recruit! We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant on a full-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. We are based in Mansfield Town Centre, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Job Description

• To resource suitable candidates for various temporary assignments
• To Account Manage new and existing clients
• Carry out internal telephone interviews
• Carry out on-site inductions
• Carry out pre-screening interviews prior to your candidate meeting with your client
• Registering candidates onto the internal system
• Profiling candidates to present to your client
• Answering the telephone
• Understanding client requirements
• Evaluating CV’s and applications
• Developing relationships with existing and new clients via service and sales activity

Required

• Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Able to think on your feet and problem solve
• Able to manage your desk and work load
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build and maintain working relationships
• An ability and a willingness to work outside of hours should your workload demand

Salary – Competitive, open for a conversation. You must have at least 6 months + experience in recruitment to be considered for this position as we are looking for somebody to hit the ground running.
