VARIOUS SHIFTS ON OFFER (Day, Evening or Night)
40 hours a week, working on a rota shift. Monday to Sunday. At least 2 consecutive days of rest.
£26,000 per year Training rate
£26,000 per year After probation rate

My client, a well known leisure and transport call centre in North London is looking to bring on board Customer Service professionals to join their friendly team

*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Process bookings/queries from customers in 24/7 call centre
* Make outgoing calls updating the customer on the progress of their booking.
* Develop relationships with Clients to promote efficient Service Delivery
* Promote new business in the form of new account leads & up-selling
* Answering network calls including National & International bookings, requesting quotes. Escalating any further enquiries to the network team
* Raise & highlight issues relating to booking process to the team leader
* Investigate & resolve any customer feedback to company standard & escalate to the appropriate department
* Continually develop a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures and products
* Provide back up for other companies within the group
* To carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are within the employee’s skills and abilities wherever reasonably instructed

* Excellent handwritten & oral communication skills
* Effective PC & Keyboard skills
* Commitment to maintaining consistency & delivering customer service excellence
* Demonstrate a high degree of empathy
* A clear & confident telephone voice
* Maintain a 90% Quality Scorecard Score before the end of probation
* Able to multi task, work independently, be flexible & work well within a team
* Able to deal with all types of people i.e. Showing an understanding of our client base
