INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary: £26,000 per yearBasic + Bonus up to £26,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

Due to the continued expansion they are now looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join this progressive and developing company. As a key point of contact you will maintain contact with customers from the first introduction call to completion of the account by building client relationships to ensure that they feel reassured someone can help them during their time of financial difficulties

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

•Offer and deliver the highest level of customer service to maintain a client base by providing ethical and responsible advice
•Action all customer job requests in a prompt manner
•Ensure all data is recorded correctly onto the service management system
•Work to KPI’s in relation to logging and receiving customer calls
•Support and update systems with correct information
•Maintain both written and verbal communication to colleagues and customers

Key Skills and Experiences:

•A minimum of 6 months relevant experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
•A strong team player who works closely with their colleagues and team leader
•Previous call centre or telephone based customer service experience within financial services is an advantage.
•Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
•Well organised with good Time Management skills.
