A fantastic opportunity has arsien to join a established national organisation as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor based at their contact centre in Sunderland, with full ongoing training and opportunities to progress.
The Job
Provide first-class customer service by responding quickly to queries via telephone or post
Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Taking the opportunity to cross-sell other products where possible
The Person
The most important thing is to have excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, having a flexible approach and ability to prioritise workload
Lastly a positvie attitude and self motivation are key skills to succeed in this role
