Salary: £26,000 per year
Inbound call centre advisors required for growing niche insurance company in Bamber Bridge.
You take calls from customers looking for insurance, taking the time to understand their requirements and offer them solutions.
Day to day it’s 80% inbound calls, 20% outbound/renewals with previous/existing customers.
The position would suit someone with excellent listening skills and a passion for customer service and helping people.
The salary offered is £26,000 + bonus. OTE £22-24k.
Hours of work 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday, though you will need to work 2 hours on a Wednesday evening and 1 Saturday morning 09:30-13:00 per month.
*overtime is also available paid at x1.5 (approx £26,000 per year
