As a Business mobile advisor you will be joining a well-established team in Warrington,

Business Mobile provides comprehensive IT service support to businesses of all sizes across a wide a range of Mobility solutions via a variety of platforms.
To deal with business customers you need to have patience and empathy to build a rapport, possess strong listening skills, have an understanding of the current technology of today, be attentive to detail and adapt to change well. Above all else, you will give the customers confidence that you’ll go the extra mile to resolve their issue in a timely manner.
Additionally resolving all ‘in-life’ contacts such as billing, fault or complaint issues.
Where problems occur, taking ownership to quickly fix them whilst keeping our customer fully up to date with progress.
Resolving all customer issues within a single contact, getting it right first time. Always looking for sales opportunities and asking our customers what else can the Business do to help their business grow? Making sure all of our Business customers are Business advocates.
