IMMEDIATE START
Experienced Call Centre Advisor required for a 3-month contract in Crawley.
You will be taking customer calls and utilizing the in-house system to source and provide accurate information relating to the customer query.
You will be taking high volume calls and as such will need to be able to stay focused under pressure to consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Excellent communication skills are required and experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.
Our client runs a 24/7 operation and as such you will be required to work shifts including early, lates and nights on a rota basis.
