In-House Recruitment Consultant

Description

My client is a leading financial services company and looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter or a recruitment consultant looking to move into an in-house role who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for all head office roles or volume recruitment campaigns. Including developing, designing and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies. This experience, coupled with the ability to create strong internal and external working relationships will equip you to understand the requirements of hiring managers and work seamlessly with external providers when sourcing candidates.

Profile

• Preferably CIPD/REC qualified or looking to study CIPD/REC qualification (funding provided).
• Ideally educated to a minimum of A’ Level standard with good verbal and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet platforms, Success Factors and external recruitment sites & multichannel e.g. Linked In.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills as the role requires significant multitasking which involves re-prioritisation of workload on a regular basis.
• Excellent attention to detail skills and the ability to produce work to a consistently high standard.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively and diplomatically with a range of people
