- They are looking for a Project Manager to join their UK HVAC Installation team
- From initial enquiry to project delivery, they engage their clients in all aspects of the design and interpret their specific requirements for each individual project

The Role
- Various installation projects working on a variety of industries including fire station full refurb, car dealerships, hospitals, factories
- You will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of their HVAC installation projects to their conclusion, typically office based, with site visits as required
- You will be responsible for the full cost control and resolution of any disputes, including production of monthly cost forecasts and achieving projected revenues and gross margins
- Working closely with the customer to deliver an end to end process whilst planning direct and indirect onsite resource
- A key responsibility will be Health and Safety performance including subcontract liabilities
- As the Project Manager you are responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with the Head of Operations to review, improve and successfully achieve objectives
- You are accountable for the delivery of projects, on time, within budget and in a professional manner
- During projects, you will lead and co-ordinate teams of Engineers and sub-contractors whilst on site
- You will conduct regular safety and audits on site with your engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with defined procedures
- To be based around the office location however you will be required to attend on site reviews with suppliers & contractors. Travel will be expected in the role
Skills and relevant experience
- of leading the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the HVAC industry
- Solid understanding of mainstream HVAC systems, including chillers and Air Handling Units
- Experience of running Design & Build Projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of CDM Regulations and handling Health & Safety on site
- Ability to produce Risk and Method Statements
- Ability to lead and influence both internal & external partners at all levels
- Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
