They offer complete property and construction solutions in: Construction, Development, Energy, IT, Asset management and Management services. They are looking to strengthen their team of HSE Advisors through the appointment of two experienced professionals who will provide specialist support and advice on site.

The Role:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Advise the business on the implementation of new Health, Safety & Environmental legislation requirements in line with best practice.
• Provide recommendations and advice to the business for the update and improvement of the HSE system.
• Provide support, advice and guidance to business teams on the effective implementation of the HSE system during tender and delivery periods.
• Promote and participate in the development of the business ‘WIPE out accidents’ initiative.
• Provide advice to the business on the appointment of competent persons to undertake key roles, ensuring training needs are identified and provided.
• Advise the business on the selection of competent consultants and contractors and assist with monitoring levels of competence during delivery of their service.
• Monitor the implementation of the business HSE system through formal HSE inspections in line with company procedures.

The Candidates:
• An in depth knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation and how it impacts in the construction sector is a must.
• Minimum Grad IOSH (CMIOSH preferred)
• NEBOSH Construction certificate (preferred)
• Environmental
