HR Systems and Data Analyst

Location: Head office (Darlington), Darlington, County Durham

To support this, we have a dynamic, high volume Recruitment/HR department providing assistance to managers in attracting high-calibre candidates to HC-One.

Reporting to the Head of HR you will provide effective development and maintenance of the HR/Recruitment system to support business requirements and the development and production of standard and ad hoc HR reports and metrics to support the effective management of people resources.
It is essential that you have previous experience of Excel for data modeling and information, excellent Microsoft office skills, report writing, HR Systems (preferably AX Dynamics), project management, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner always showing respect to your colleagues.
