Salary: £21.6 per hour

HR Systems Adviser – £18ph Umbrella- 6 month contract – Staffordshire

We are currently looking for a HR Systems Adviser who has worked previously in a HR/Payroll environment to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your process and service improvement portfolio, whilst making a huge difference to the quality of the People Services delivery.

You will be responsible for working across the service to support the implementation of system improvements. You will be supporting the upgrades for digital solutions, including Itrent payroll and employee/manager self-service system.

Responsibilities:

To work with key stakeholders to re-engineer processes to align with our policy launches
To support the implementation of the new digital solutions programme, including a new CRM system to aid the management of customer interactions for the People Services Advice & Guidance team
To scope out activities when implementing new systems and processes and process reengineering.
To investigate complex system/data queries, taking through to successful resolution
To review policy guidance, processes and system configuration to identify and deliver solutions

Background/Skills:

Experience of working on HR process and system improvement related projects
Experience with HRIS usage and basic configuration
Experienced in supporting transformational change within a People Services environment and demonstrate your project planning skills.
Process mapping and process reengineering

Length of contract: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: Staffordshire
Rate: £21.6 ph Umbrella
