Salary: £60,000 per year

The Opportunity – Recruitment Systems Trainer

You will be working with Recruitment Directors / Owners, Leaders, Managers, Consultants and marketers delivering on-line recruitment Bullhorn ATS / CRM systems training

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering face to face on-line training, pre-recorded and live webinars within the UK, and abroad to recruitment agency
• Working with clients to implement and embed Automation into our clients processes
• Build online learning courses and develop new training material
• Recording all training delivered and ensuring effective reposting for both the company and clients

What we are looking for?

• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Trainer, Bullhorn Trainer, Recruitment Systems Trainer, Automation Implementor or as a Recruiter – at least 1 year experience
• Ideally have experience of Bullhorn ATS/CRM and Bullhorn Automation (aka Herefish) or another Recruitment CRM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organised, positive, and fun to be around
• Ability to cope under pressure and deal and negotiate with sceptics and ‘know it all’s’ in a nice engaging manor
• An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective way
• The attitude of a self-starter and be able to manage your time and diary
