HR Business Partner

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

A global supplier of health & safety services and solutions.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide a professional service to Senior Managers who cover UK, Europe, & EMEA.

A truly generalist role in providing employee relations support, managing recruitment requests, MI, Admin coordination, induction, performance management reporting to the HR Director, and working on projects together. Part of a small team, so there is the expectation of getting involved in all areas.

CIPD membership would be ideal, the experience of working globally, some knowledge of M & A would be advantageous, TUPE, from a Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing background. Strong understanding of employee relations, exposure to tribunals and ability to provide representations. The ability to travel around the UK to other sites (4) and overseas as and when required (approx three times per year). Psychometric testing qualifications would be desirable.
