Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Culture Recruitment Group is helping a Financial Services firm find a full-time HR Business Partner for a 6-12 Month Maternity cover role.
Reporting to the VP HR Europe, the HR Business Partner will help deliver high growth and change strategy.
As a HR Business Partner, you can expect to:
- Develop a strong understanding of your client group to understand commercial levers, strategic priorities and revenue targets
- Work with the central talent acquisition team to recruit roles successfully
- Coach leaders to identify, pipeline and retain talent
- Align succession planning and talent management to the overall workforce strategy.
To apply for this HR Business Partner role, you will need at least 8 years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably within in busy, high growth global company. You will also require the following:
- Experience within a global and diverse team
- A track record building strong relationships, partnering closely with senior leaders
- A commitment to developing others
- A clear and engaging communication style.
