This is a generalist role, you will touch every part of HR, ensuring the management team have the people at the heart of all the decision making.

You’ll play a key role in educating, supporting and growing our fast-paced food manufacturing business. This site is rapidly growing and there is a great potential for growth/progression within the role.

BASIC SALARY: £54,000 – £60,000

LOCATION: Kent

You’ll work with an empowering people Head of HR who will back you all the way. You will enjoy being a ‘visual’ HR professional who has a presence with the workforce because this role gives the opportunity to implement change.

SITUATION: People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP: Food / FMCG

You are key in delivering a robust HR service to c300 employees, covering all aspects of HR, engagement, internal comms, training, recruitment and handling multiple ER cases. Our management team is very good, but they need a strong, vocal, commercially sound HR professional to facilitate growth in the right way.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP: Food / FMCG. As a capable, experienced HR Business Partner you should already know the list of tasks that this role will involve. From developing well-being initiatives and skills audits, to maintaining and ensuring the HRIS is fit for purpose. A full job description will be available to successful candidates.

* Work proactively within line of managers through structured reviews

* Mange change/improvements

* Work closely with line managers identify and satisfy training and development needs through performance management

* Recruitment

* Monitor HR KPIS

* Provide coaching and mentoring support

* Implement HR processes

* To develop and deliver training /HR toolkit workshops

* Manage and coach junior team members

PERSON SPECIFICATION: People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP: Food / FMCG

We are looking to hear from candidates who truly see the value in HR Business Partnering, being a part of the business and people focused is critical to our culture. Most likely you will have:

* Experience of working in a 200+ employee manufacturing business (ideally food or FMCG but others considered).

* A commercial mindset and be business driven, you will be the driving force behind most projects.

* Qualified CIPD Level 5.

* Previous experience in a generalist role with suitable knowledge of UK legislation and employment law.

* To be flexible to the business needs and travel to our other sites (all UK) when required
