HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner; Permanent; Based in West Yorkshire; Offering a salary of between £42,000and £45,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

Our clients, a leading organisation in their field, are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide both strategic and operational support to the business.

Reporting into a HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring an effective HR service in respect to impact, improvement and delivery to particular departments in very much a business partnering capacity.

Your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will by no means be limited to);

Leading and supporting on change management initiatives.
Supporting and coaching managers with all people issues in respect to ER, redundancy, redeployment, harmonisation of T’s & C’s and TUPE transfers.
To imbed effective performance management processes.
To develop organisational capabilities through succession planning, resource planning, talent management and job evaluation.
Maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders and third parties.
To create innovative solutions such as redesigning processes for continuous improvement.
Ad hoc HR Projects.In order to apply for this role you should be fully CIPD qualified (to at least graduate level) and have previously operated ideally in a HR Business Partnering capacity in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate a wealth of strategic as well as operational generalist HR exposure. You should also have:

A proven ability to build effective working relationships across with key stakeholders
Utilized HR data effectively to aid and enhance management decision making.
Extensive experience of coaching managers to gain their buy-in to HR best practise.
Led on TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunals, restructures, redeployment, harmonization of T’s & C’s, redundancies and change management programmes.
Formulated, planned and implemented long term HR strategies and initiatives.This is a superb opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional to join a leader in their field. Ideally you will have had previous experience of working in a Professional Services environment where you have effectively managed both customer and client relationships. Our client is seeking a credible and confident HR professional who is used to dealing with challenging characters, who is prepared to challenge, who is resilient by nature and who can “push back” when necessary.

Please: This role is predominantly site based however travel to other sites will be required on an as and when basis.
