We are seeking someone support our HR Department, helping us recruit retain and grow the best people for our business. You’ll be an essential part to ensuring our team receive a remarkable and compliant customer journey.
We expect you to:
Have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring compliance expectations are always met to an excellent standard. This is addition to being responsive, adaptable, and comfortable with multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Your main responsibilities as the HR Administrator will be to take ownership of all HR administrative tasks such as the processing, facilitating and updating employee records, minute taking, dealing with queries, diary management as well as managing various HR documents and internal databases and producing and actioning on reports produced.
Requirements of the Role
You will be working directly with and supporting Senior Leaders in their roles. We expect you to:

Conduct initial recruitment calls with potential applicants and booking interviews and scheduling onboarding.

Processing of key sensitive and confidential information
*
Transfer of data between internal systems and processes
*
Have a good understanding of safer and effective recruitment
*
Be able to contribute to growing and protecting our culture
To us, an HR Administrator is the first go-to person for all staff-related issues. You will be involved in activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development and talent management.
Other Duties
*
Provide personal assistance support to leaders within the business
*
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
*
Write documents competently such as letters detailing changes to employment terms
*
Update and keep accurate employee records such as holiday and sickness records
*
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
*
Manage and oversee Staff Training matrix, CPD, Single Staff Register and ensure staff probationary reviews, appraisals are conducted that are appropriate and are fit for purpose
*
Manage and maintain computerised staff records
*
Record accurately discussions during disciplinary procedures
*
Organise meetings and take minutes
*
Set up recruitment, onboarding and other training events
Knowledge and Skills
Strong IT skills with particular emphasis on MS Office 365 software; Word, Excel and Outlook
Working at or above Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
Working at or above Level 2 Digital proficiency
Knowledge of human resources and employment law
Excellent customer service and good problem solving ability
Strong people skills and being emotionally intelligence
A good level of writing skills where letters and emails can be constructed
Accurate minute taking ability.
Good Editing skills and being able to produce documentation
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across a number of work streams
Use own initiative and work independently
