Housing Officer – Council

Salary: £42 – £59.99 per hour

We are looking for a Tenancy Services Team Leader to be responsible for the line management of Housing Officers, Housing Assistants, Travellers Rest Wardens and in Supporting the Tenancy Service Manager.

Duties will involve providing of an integrated, high performing, customer focussed housing and tenancy management service which delivers high quality and responsive services to tenants and residents in the housing areas.

We are looking for someone with Best Practise experience, knowledge of housing, good experience of anti-social behaviour and someone who can manage KPI’s and support other staff where necessary.

The role will initially be for 3 months and reviewed thereafter.
