An opportunity has arisen for an Income Officer to join our clients’ Income Team. As a member of the team you will play a key role in the day to day management of rent accounts. This includes setting up direct debits over the telephone, processing cash files, adjustments and tenant recharges to rent accounts and the recovery of former tenant arrears.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to communicate with tenants regarding rent accounts, particularly in setting up direct debits over the telephone and work well as part of a team.

You will have a good understanding of housing management systems, be familiar with Word and Excel and literate with letter writing skills. An organised approach to work and the ability to meet deadline and targets is essential.

The post holder will work Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday & Friday.
