We are keen to identify individuals who are experienced in working with vulnerable people and preferably persons from a homeless background. You will need to demonstrate experience of supporting troubled persons and show a willingness to work alone. This role requires strong minded and committed individuals who can deal with crisis situations, emergencies and people who can defuse issues with our residents.

You will be patient, understanding and above all dedicated to assisting individuals from an array of backgrounds and circumstances.

This role will be offered as a zero hour contract where you will be covering adhoc shifts, holiday and sickness. There is an opportunity for additional hours in the day to work in a support capacity but the focus for this role will be on night support. The shifts will consist of sleep in’s and waking night shifts spanning 12 hours. A private room and full facilities are provided for this role, for usage throughout the scheduled time.

You will need to be flexible as some weekend work may be required depending on the types of shift available.
