Home Manager – Ambitious Medium Sized Provider

The Company
Gilbert Meher are proudly working with a market-leading independent care home provider. They are a medium sized group with around 50 elderly care homes across the UK, and believe in supporting individuals with maintaining their lifestyles and treating them with dignity and respect.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company as a Home Manager for one of their care homes in the Liverpool region. The care provided is for elderly service users, including dementia, residential and nursing needs. They are looking for someone to join their passionate and vibrant team to continue to grow the homes reputation and bring in fresh ideas and enthusiasm to develop their exceptional standards of care.

As home manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home including;
• Care plan implementation
• Adhering to all Care Quality Commission regulations and raising standards or care where necessary
• Responsible for staff recruitment, training and appraisals and organising staff rotas
• Have a superb support network to assist with a broad spectrum of matters
• Handle liaising with external bodies and the setting and monitoring of budgets and undertaking audits maintaining the high care standards that have been set throughout the company and be an excellent manager of staff.

Experienced required;
• Currently fully compliant with CQC, the perfect candidate will be familiar with the process and strive to maintain these levels across all areas of the report.
• This role is ideal for an existing home manager who has experience in a home size of around 40 beds or more, who are dedicated, hard working and kind.
• A qualified RGN or RMN with a current PIN (desirable)
• Preferable experience with dementia care
