Home Care Support Worker

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a new and rewarding challenge?

Pulse Community Healthcare has opportunities across the North Somerset area on our Rapid Response Team. You will be working within the community, supporting vulnerable people after they have returned home from hospital.

This is a role where you will need to be adaptable, organised, and able to use your initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Our ideal candidate:

• A minimum of six months previous paid UK care experience
• Driver with access to own transport
• Able to supply checkable references
• Willing to undertake our training
• Willing to undertake/provide Enhanced DBS
