Home Based Telephone Call Operative

My clients have worked on behalf of many of the well-known Automotive Manufactures and their Dealership Franchises since their, now International, business began back in 2011. Offering their clients a fast paced, quality lead and adaptive Customer Relationship Management Contact Centre which includes Inbound and Outbound Call handling plus Live Chat and Email response.
Working from your own home, you will be supplied with all of the software and training needed to become an efficient and valued member of an ever growing team. Experience within the Automotive industry is desirable. This is NOT a cold calling position and commission is not part of our incentive scheme. You will be contacting previous and existing customers, throughout the UK, to remind them of certain services that they may have missed or possibly not been aware of.

The F/T hours are Monday to Friday 12.00 noon to 7.30 pm (P/T hrs within these are also possible) All interviews, Software and Training is done remotely.

· £26,000 per year employed

· Statutory sick pay

· Company pension scheme.

· 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday (this is pro-rata)

· Employee 0hr contract

· Must have fast broadband and Windows PC

· Needs to have access to broadband router as we prefer wired connection to avoid any wireless drop issues that affect performance of dialler

· Must have home office environment or room that can be used away from any noise or distraction

· All software is provided and installed remotely, but you must purchase a USB VOIP headset preferably with noise cancelling functionality (typical cost £25-£30)

· IT test carried out prior to training to ensure that setup meets our requirements
