Some details about the Recruitment Apprenticeship scheme approved by the Institute of Recruiters:

Recommended completion of course within 12-14 months, but this can be quicker depending on the candidate and your line manager will actively encourage you to complete this at a pace you determine.

Under the scheme, participants will have the opportunity gain first-hand experience of Recruitment and earn the IOR’s Professional Recruitment Qualification in the process.
You have a number of Training Qualifications options with the Apprenticeship including:

IOR Professional Diploma in Recruitment. Level 3 (IOR Cert)
Technical Certificate in Recruitment. Level 3 (IOR Cert)
Professional Diploma in Sales. Level 3 (IOR Cert)
Technical Certificate in Sales. Level 3 (IOR Cert)
