Are you ready to take on the role of Head of Apprenticeships with a leading prime training provider in South Wales, who pride themselves on their quality of delivery, promotion of a happy working environment and staff development? Your main responsibilities will include
Development and ownership of the strategic plan for all operational areas of the Apprenticeship contract
Reporting into board level and working in a leadership group as part of the Senior Management Team
Having overall accountability and ownership of the Apprenticeship contract and its associated internal and subcontractor delivery teams across Wales
To develop and enhance the quality of the service provision for our learners
Responsible for financial budgets and Profit and Loss for the provision.

Skills and experience
A challenging and inspirational leader
A proven ability to deliver results
Extensive contract management experience
of Welsh Government contracts and funding
Passionate about enhancing learners skills though ensuring a quality training provision
