High Level Teaching Assistant Alternative Provision – Sutton – URGENT!
A Magnificent alternative provision is currently looking to appoint a high level teaching assistant to be interviewed for a full time role ASAP. The successful candidate, whilst working under the supervision of a qualified teacher, must be able to work in groups as well as independently. You must be capable of working with adolescent mental health as support for children with behavioural difficulties, mostly anxiety disorder, low self-esteem and school phobia.
The Headteacher is keen to meet individuals who are passionate, radiate energy and have lots of personality.

We are looking for:
• 3 months plus experience
• A motivating and nurturing individual
• Experience working with children with Emotional Behavioral Difficulties is essential
• To be punctual and reliable
• A professional manner
• Ability to build good working relationships with both students and colleagues
• Passionate about working with children
The successful candidate will benefit from:

This job will run Monday to Friday with the flexibility of part time or full time work, you must be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle as you will need to travel to different sites.
