Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
A leading security system manufacturing and project delivery company are looking to strengthen their team with a help desk/service engineer.
Role will be office based and will include offering technical support and advice to internal teams and customers.
Investigate and resolve technical queries through delivery of engineering and technical information.
Liaise with product managers to inform on product issues leading to development and resolve of issues.
Experience should include desktop support role with hardware, software troubleshooting skills. Ideally Windows server, WAN/LAN Networking and IT Networking.
Role will involve some repairs within the workshop and on site when required.
Experience with security systems CCTV, Microsoft operating systems, and IP networks.
