Salary: £33,600 – £40,800 per year
Our client based in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to carry out repair to equipment in the care industry. You will ideally have Mechanical repairs knowledge or a natural want to fix attitude. As a predominantly service-based company, this position is pivotal to the efficient fulfillment of customers’ expectations and as such carries significant responsibility.

* Maintenance and compliance requirements of our customers by:

* Maximising the viable life of their equipment through scheduled maintenance
* Certify legislative compliance through thorough inspections
* Minimise downtime through prompt rectification of any required repairs
* Take ownership of customers and be a respectable company representative.
* Capitalise on sales opportunities
* IT literacy will be necessary to facilitate efficient communication daily and retrieval of information and data.
* This is likely to be an increasing requirement as we move to upgrade our technology in the coming months.
