Health & Safety CDM Advisor – Central London Project Work
Are you experiencing a lack of progression opportunities?
If so, then my client is a fast growing boutique project management business specialising in the M&E upgrades and Fit-Out markets with a huge pipeline of work based across central London. These works are predominantly with commercial managing agents and FM service providers with values from £50k to £3M+
Due to this growth my client is seeking a Health & Safety / CDM Advisor to assist the General Manager with the daily project management health and safety compliance. This is a great opportunity to your own stamp on processes and make a real impact in a growing business.
You will based either from Home, or in my clients offices in Chancery Lane.
* Reviewing and writing risk assessments
* Reviewing and writing constriction phase plans
* Reviewing pre-construction packages
* Ensure the team are adhering to CDM regulations
* Continually develop knowledge of health and safety to enhance the business and fulfil company requirements
* Participate in weekly/monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health & safety matters
* Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all HSE legislation and any developments that affect the company
* Ensure the implications of changes in legislation and safety management techniques are communicated and implemented throughout the Company and Supply Chain.
Package:
* £42,000.00 – £45,000.00 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
* 25 Days Annual Leave
* Mobile Phone, Expenses, Laptop, Pension, Training and Career Progression into Director Roles.
Person:
The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, have excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations and have worked in the construction sector for the last 2-3 years in a H&S capacity
