Health and Safety Trainees (Food)
Due to their continual commitment to Health and Safety, our client a multisite food manufacturer, offer an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Trainee to join the team at their site near Bridlington.
Reporting to the Site Health and Safety Manager the main purpose of the role is to support the management team on all matters relating to Health and Safety
We are interested in candidates who can offer:
* Educated to A-Level (or equivalent) ideally in a relevant vocational topic i.e. business studies, environmental studies etc.
* Strong administration skills
* Ability to produce reports and numerical information
* A basic awareness of Health and Safety legislation
* Strong communication / interpersonal skills
* Being IOSH certified would be an advantage
We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised Health and Safety Trainee with excellent communication and team working skills and a flexible approach to work.
In return for meeting the above criteria the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary in the region of £26,000dependant on skills and experience
