Underpinning any of their successful projects is an impeccable health and safety record and we are currently looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to bolster their team work on a major project in the Canary Wharf area spanning several years.
The Health and Safety Manager will be joining a business with an outstanding culture of promoting from within and encouraging career progression at all levels.
Health and Safety Manager – qualifications, skills and experience:
* Confident in providing definitive H&S advice, guidance and support to operational management teams
* Providing guidance and support in establishing a risk-based culture and approach to the management of H&S
* Experience of effectively motivating personnel to advance their levels of performance, productivity and professionalism
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Precise strategic planning to accommodate safety goals and elevating them to a highly reputed status
* Coaching and mentoring employees
* Preparing monthly H&S and statistical reports
* Group meetings to discuss H&S performance and influence areas for improvement.
* Current qualification NEBOSH Cert in Construction or GradIOSH.
