Health and Safety Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to join a world leading infrastructure and construction organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful organisation that provide multi-disciplined services to their clients across a broad range of sectors including highway infrastructure management and maintenance, civil engineering services and construction amongst others. The organisation have recently won large contracts which not only guarantee their long term future but enables growth and career progression within the business.

You will report into the Health, Safety and Environment Director. Your key day to day duties will include but not limit to; draft comprehensive documentation to support the IMS, train operational personnel to fulfil local responsibility in HSE, identify internal customers and agree appropriate service level agreements and support working groups to deliver HSE and share best practice.

To be successful for the role of Health, Safety and Environment Advisor you will hold a Nebosh certificate as a minimum, have strong interpersonal skills liaising with all levels of employees, have experience working with management systems ISO14001 and 18001, come from a multi-site regional role and have experience within construction/highways/utilities.

This role is paying £42,000 – £48,000 with a company car and an excellent bens package.
