Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

The role:
* This is a growing, fast-moving manufacturing & warehouse environment, and the company has recently invested heavily in new machinery and buildings.
* This is a ‘hands on’ role and will include inspecting and providing reports back to the Directors and continually educating and advising in a proactive and supporting way.
* There is a mix of directly employed and temporary staff on site and the challenge is to coach and guide and encourage safe working practices.
Essential requirements:
* You will have manufacturing experience in a dedicated safety role.
* Minimum of NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
* Tech IOSH membership
* This is a busy working environment so the successful person must be self-managing and proactive.
Ideal requirements:
* Any Fire expertise / Qualifications would be of benefit too.
* ideally experience working in a dynamic engineering and ‘complex machinery’ environment.
* Working towards or achieved NEBOSH Diploma.
This is an expanding manufacturing organisation focussed on delivering major contracts to high profile clients and continual safety improvements. You would be working as part of a proactive firmly established and supportive management team.
