Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with Aston Martin F1 in their search to hire a Head of Finance Business Partnering. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will provide the team with accurate and insightful financial analysis and forecasting to improve decision making capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Support and manage a team of Finance Business Partners who will work with Cost Centre owners and their teams, providing them with accurate and meaningful financial information to support them with month end reviews and budgets/reforecasts, as well as decision making to drive the business forward and influence results.
* Ownership of the budgeting & reforecasting process to provide clear and accurate reporting.
* Ownership of timely, insightful, and accurate production of management reporting for the business, including review of various accruals and prepayments, review and analysis of costs and income, and preparation of the leadership reporting pack.
* Ensuring the team has a robust capital spend process across the business, especially on large projects that include a new factory, new simulator and new wind tunnel, tracking spend throughout and providing regular progress updates to the leadership team.

Skills & Knowledge Required:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant management accounting and finance business partner experience, as well as having managed a team.
* Outstanding communication an interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge effectively across departments.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, dealing with a high volume of workload.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritising your own work and the work of the team in an organised and accurate manner with tight deadlines, remaining calm and focussed.
