Head of Contracts Epc

By working closely with the directors, other team members and colleagues from our other group companies in the UK, the US and Germany to support, or lead, on a range of transactions undertaken by the company, mergers and acquisitions, major projects, commercial advisory and investment funds work.

Understanding of;

corporate M&A, acquisitions and disposals
joint ventures
commercial agreements
corporate real estate
corporate finance
EPC/O&M AgreementsYou will;

Providing ad-hoc legal advice
To draft, review, negotiate, administer legal documents
To provide regular updates to the team on new laws and regulations that may have implications for the Company’s businessWill be;

Strong technical ability
Good commercial acumen
Experience of performing a lead role in negotiations and transaction management
Experience of supervision and management of more junior team members
Excellent drafting skills both with and without reference to precedent documents
Good interpersonal skills
Strong academics and technical ability
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
An adaptable approach and the desire to develop.
Experience of working in a regional commercial law firm
